Palestinian president refused to talk to Biden

Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas refused to speak by phone with US President Joe Biden during his visit to Israel.

"When Biden was in Israel, members of his administration tried to arrange a telephone conversation between him and Abbas. But he decided to reject the American request," at the same time, the US and Palestinian authorities continued to maintain contact.
