“After all, the goal of the international community should be to pressure Azerbaijan to lift the blockade of Artsakh fully, unconditionally and immediately, rather than to negotiate with Azerbaijan on the opportunity to import a limited quantity of food to Artsakh. We should be very vigilant, as Azerbaijan is using the current situation to its advantage to yet again deny the existence of the blockade under the pretext of the accessibility of the humanitarian assistance to Artsakh. Unfortunately, with every new day of the blockade, Artsakh is turning into an open-air jail, while humanity is still shamefully silent in this regard.”
