This is heartbreaking,” emphasized Catherine Russell. Earlier, the UN released estimates of civilian casualties of Russia’s war against Ukraine. According to UN estimates, from February 24 to April 2, 2023, 8,451 civilians were killed and another 14,156 were injured. The UN emphasized that the actual number could be much higher. |
