Russia disables MTV, Nickelodeon and other Paramount channels
![]() 318 Monday, 18 April, 2022, 17:48 Paramount has officially confirmed that it will stop broadcasting its TV channels in Russia this week, starting April 20th. The company has various entertainment and family channels such as Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., NickToons and Paramount Comedy, as well as music channels including MTV Russia and MTV Live HD. Paramount announced the suspension of activities in Russia back in mid-March, and now the exact date has been named when the company will stop broadcasting its channels in our country. Earlier, a similar decision was made by Discovery, which stopped broadcasting 15 cable channels, including Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. |
