About this on Friday, August 12, writes “Kommersant”. The new owner of the business was MVK LLC, the general director of Chibo CIS, Mikhail Kovalevsky, and MVK’s share was pledged to Tchibo GmbH. According to a newspaper source familiar with the situation, Cibo CIS retained the rights to use the Tchibo and Davidoff coffee brands until the end of 2022, after which the company must continue to supply coffee under a new brand, one of the options is the Gold brand. |
