Earthquakes hit Indonesia and the Kuril Islands

An earthquake of magnitude 5.7 was recorded near the coast of Indonesia, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) reports. Another 5.0 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Pacific Ocean near the Kuril Islands.

The epicentre was located at a depth of 47 km in Indonesia and 33 km in the Kuril Islands.
