The socio-economic situation in occupied Artsakh is dire, with daily reports of violations of human rights. Numerous historical monuments of cultural significance have been either completely or partially destroyed by Azerbaijan's government or vandalized. The Armenian community's petitions in Shushi, Hadrut, and Stepanakert are being ignored. The goal of this political maneuvering is to eradicate the Armenian population and its cultural heritage in Artsakh, which also holds strategic value. Each instance underscores that Azerbaijan is a violator of human rights.
