Respected friends, Dear Artsakh people, the internal political life of our republic has entered a new phase of dynamic development. Naturally, this affects all and every one of us. Every patriotic and conscious person must participate in the public and political life of our country, thereby making their contribution to the process of developing, strengthening and defending our state. Working for more than two decades in various state structures, holding responsible positions, being actively involved in public-political and scientific-educational life I cannot remain indifferent to this as well. After long contemplation, as well as encouraged by many friends and supporters, I have decided to create a new political force, the Artsakh Conservative Party. We highly appreciate all the positive, all our achievements and victories recorded over the past three decades. Our people have achieved all these at the cost of the blood of their brave sons and lots of hardships, due to their hard work, unshakable faith and endless optimism. We must preserve all these achievements. At the same time, modern public and political life, geopolitics are dynamically developing, which requires the involvement of people with the appropriate potential, professionalism and high morale in the country's political life. Taking into consideration these imperatives, we want to actively participate in the development and strengthening of our country, protect the interests of the people, applying new ideas and approaches in the state building process. Within this context we plan to have an active participation in the 2020 Parliamentary elections. In case of getting the people's votes and being represented in the National Assembly, we will have the opportunity to carry out our projects more efficiently for the benefit of our people and our homeland.
