ECHR: Azerbaijan has violated the fundamental principles of human rights

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) declared four decisions on Azerbaijan. The Court obliged the Azerbaijani authorities to pay more than €25,000 in compensation to the complainants.
There have been 4 cases, three of them filed by opposition activistes against the illegal actions of the Azerbaijani authorities and one from the International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX) against the illegal search in the office of the council.
European Court of Human Rights ruled that the Government of Azerbaijan must pay compensations to the aplicants, as Azerbaijan has violated the fundamental principles of freedom, personal integrity, privacy, fair trial and he right to freedom of association.
