The United States believes that the population who left Nagorno-Karabakh has the right to return. This was stated at a regular briefing for journalists by the head of the press service of the State Department, Matthew Miller.
"However, I will say that we still believe that people who have left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to return home if they want to do so. This is a right that must be protected," Matthew Miller said.
